Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most major insurances. Contact your insurance provider to clarify your coverage. If you need assistance determining your plan details, call our office and someone will assist you. Your coinsurance or copayment is due at the time of service. Payments may be made with cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. If you require a payment plan, we also accept CareCredit®.
Prior to treatment, if you have concerns regarding your lifestyle, schedule, or budget, please let us know. We are happy to work within your unique restrictions and schedule.
